This is usually a daily practice, but yesterday was just a bit behind the 8-ball. It took a couple tries to get to sleep Monday night, so Tuesday was just a little bit edgy. Not bad, considering all the great sleep I've gotten for the past month or two, but still under par.
Much better today. In bed at 12:25, up at 8:30. I got a clean bill of health from my Doctor's visit on Monday. My blood pressure was so much lower than normal(110/64)that my Doctor was a little bit alarmed, and had me give some blood.
I hate waiting for results, but have learned that bad news comes early. If you haven't gotten a call by, say, 10 or so, you're probably okay. So I got a call about 10:30. Still healthy at the ripe old age of 63.
Okay! Still listening to Bela Fleck. I have 4 of his albums and they're all magnifique. As well as being a banjo virtuoso, Fleck plays great guitar. His sidemen: Hank Levy, Victor Wooten and "Futureman" are also first-rate.
This should be a pretty good music day. Put in my time yesterday on Cardio, so I've got two sessions in this week, thus entitling me to a day of relative sloth. Anything good I'll be glad to share of course. Might be something on YouTube that you haven't heard.
Well I guess that's all I've got for this Wednesday morning. Thanks for reading, whoever-reads-this. Happy hump day. More later.
