    Sunday- back on the track

Cool So much for repeat marks. After a nice string of sunny days, a dark and rainy Sunday, depressing to all us non-pluviophiles.
A pluviophile is someone who loves rainy days, and who gathers strength from them. Much as a 'normal' person would thrive from a sunny day. Edgar Allan Poe was probably a pluviophile. The only quote I have from him was about his living in Baltimore, which shares with India(!)a monsoon season: It's always Thursday and it's always raining.
I mentioned this in yesterday's post, but I have a new blogsite. It's called Mr Know-it-all. There are 3 posts up, and I'm feeling a 4th coming on.
Speaking of India, didja ever notice that it's shaped a lot like our own state of Texas? I don't know how that's significant at all, but it seemed worth mentioning.
Also new stuff on YouTube, something that might surprise you. It's a new playlist: Country. There are three selections at the present time.
I like pretty much all styles of music out there, even a few rappers(Eminem, Ice-T, Sir Mixalot, Ice Cube- although I like his movies better).
As far as Country artists, the only ones I pay much attention to are the guitarists. The pickers. I can't say as I'm a huge fan or anything, but I have nothing against Country music. It doesn't offend me. I actually enjoy listening to much of it.
Grunge, which was big with my ex-stepson, was another thing I tried on. I listened to his Kurt Cobain stuff, and it didn't do a thing for me. So that's one genre I can't get into. Gave it a shot though..
Feeling much better today. A bad night's sleep is almost always followed by a better one.
Some problems you can't eradicate from your system, but you can control them to a large extent. And so it is with Insomnia. It still gives me occasional backtalk- and sometimes even if I've done everything 'right' as far as preparing for sleep- but I'm getting better at counteracting it, so it just remains an occasional problem..
Okay! This is probably way too much to read. I'm just gonna post as is and hope for the best. Thanks as ever for reading, whoever-reads-this. Happy Sunday to you(Pluviophile or not)! More later.
