    Saturday Soapbox

Cool And here we are again. I think I'm actually even better rested than yesterday. It's a shitty, overcast day out there with the promise of more snow, but fuck it! Might as well make the best of it. As Hendrix said in reference to rainy days, "let it groove its own way".
Butt fuck it! There we go...
I'm currently in a creative period. Lots of guitar playing and some invention along with it. Just got caught up to all my backlog as far as recordings, and have 3 new CDs out there. It's an easy process putting a CD together online, even the cover art. So more to come as I get new material.
Up to a whopping 37 subscribers on YouTube. Two new folks in the last week. At least it's growing, however slowly. When more people subscribe, it makes me take more stock of my page, and make sure there's some entertainment value in there. Along with all the self-indulgence and self-aggrandizement....
I gotta do this, folks. Newest CD is Living in the 21st Century.
Not for the faint of heart, but if your constitution is up to it, you'll probably have a good time listening.
Then there's Sirens of Kumar, which is probably best described as progressive rock but on the outer fringes. There are some pockets of normalcy, but this one gets pretty 'out there'. Pretty far afield..
Last but not least is Tele-ology, the most normal of the bunch. Straight-ahead jazz with a country flavor. It also gets a little bit fringey, but still within the confines of normal. All the guitar parts were done on my Telecaster- hence Tele-ology.
Yes, also the study of end results, as applied to Theology or Philosophy. Telos(end)plus Logos(reason). If there is an order to Nature, and to the Universe, that presupposes a guiding intelligence- i.e. God. Aristotle had his views, which were expanded by William Paley(British philosopher and priest)in the 18th century.
Okay, once again I'm running off at the mouth. But I digress...Anyway, thanks for reading all this, whoever-reads-this. Happy Saturday to you. More later.
